She was predeceased by : her parents, William Pudleiner and Alice Pudleiner (Labis). She is survived by : her children, William (Marsha E. Cullen) and Mary Alice Matzo (Geno); her grandchildren, Ryan, Holly, Allison, Danielle and Mallory; and her great grandchildren, Corrine, Summer and Fionna.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be presented to the church or Padre Pio Shrine, 111 Barto Rd., Barto, PA 19504 in loving memory of Phyllis.
