He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Horn (David) and John R. Horn; his grandparents, Captain Walter C. Horn, John Phillip of Sousa's Marine Band and Bethlehem; his wife Eloise; and his close friend Cody.

He is survived by: his close friend Christine A. Beller of Coplay.
