He was predeceased by: his wife Joan A. Fratto; his siblings, John and Rose Sobeck (late Joseph); and his parents, Antonio Fratto and Palma Fratto (Canino).
He is survived by: his children, Anthony (late Janice), Elizabeth Jean Hough (Gary) and Linda Weiss (Robb); his grandchildren, Ashley, Adam, Sara, Kelly, Justin, Megan and Evan; his great grandchildren, August, Juliet, Albert "Albi" and Jasper; and his sister Betty Costanzo (late Victor).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McDermott Funeral Home (334 Forest Grove Rd, Coraopolis, PA 15108). A prayer will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 9:15 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Malachy Church (343 Forest Grove Rd, Coraopolis, PA 15108).
