She was predeceased by: her husband John A. Prostko; her son Jack (John V.); and her parents, Michael Krucik and Maria Surgent Krucik. She is survived by: her granddaughters, Amy L. Prostko (Richard Felix) of Chicago, IL and Jessica L. Boyer (Christopher); her daughter Jill M. Prostko; and her siblings, Irene M. Gudenburr, Mary P. Krucik, Dorothea A. Panko, Michael B. and John J. Krucik. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
