He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Lorraine (Shultz) and Allen; and his brother Steven Allen. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda; his children, Courtney Cochran (Tommy), Luke and Jeremy (Laura); his granddaughters, Livi and Lana; and his sisters, JoAnn McCloskey and Pat Freas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
