It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen H. Blackstone of Coraopolis, Pennsylvania, born in Sewickley, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 7, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Hoffmeyer and Katherine Hoffmeyer (Cramer); her husband Eugene "Foo" Blackstone; and her siblings, Loretta "Cookie" Weber and Dennis Hoffmeyer.

She is survived by : her children, Dorine Schibner (late Butch), Mary Flaugher (late Terry), Vicki Gonzales, John Gonzales (Rachel) and Charles Blackstone (Kristen); and her brother Kenneth Vail. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in her name to the Alzheimer's Association.
