She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Matthew and Mary Elizabeth Kramer; her sisters, Patricia Jordan and Mary Price; and her son Theodore "Teddy" Michenzi (Carol Michenzi).
She is survived by: her granddaughter Anna Woodward; her great grandchildren, Logun Michenzi, Theodore Woodward and Everett Woodward; her sons, David Michenzi, Mark Michenzi (Barbara Michenzi) and Matthew Michenzi; and her sister Kathryn Rath.
