He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Olive Sneed and Miller; his sister Charlotte Wiley Gilpin; his wife Darlene (Muska); his children, Jocelyn Ridjaneck (Mark) and Kristi Brubaker (Mike); his grandchildren, Lily, Blaire and Reid; and his nieces and nephews, Edward Wiley (Ceelin), Charles Wiley (Cindy) and Dana Hull (Paul).
In lieu of flowers, family suggests donations in his name to Disabled American Veterans.
