We are sad to announce that on May 29, 2025, at the age of 69, Vanessa Oncken of Coraopolis, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Vanessa is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Vanessa's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellwood Davis, Sr. and Maureen Davis (Coon); and her sister Kathryn Davis. She is survived by: her son Jonathan Oncken (Kim Szemanski); her siblings, Miriam Davis, David Davis, Daniel Davis (Philana), Glory McDonald, Ruth Pompey and Ellwood Keel Davis, Jr.; and her former husband James Oncken. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the R. D. Copeland Funeral Home (867 5th Ave, Coraopolis, PA 15108). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
