In the sacred silence of farewell, Vanessa is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellwood Davis, Sr. and Maureen Davis (Coon); and her sister Kathryn Davis. She is survived by: her son Jonathan Oncken (Kim Szemanski); her siblings, Miriam Davis, David Davis, Daniel Davis (Philana), Glory McDonald, Ruth Pompey and Ellwood Keel Davis, Jr.; and her former husband James Oncken. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
