As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let his loved ones carry forward the torch of his memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of his love and the brilliance of his spirit. Though William may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Gilbert and Irene Worthington (Butchko); and his wife Janice Worthington (Jones). He is survived by: his daughter Victoria Ricketts (Keith); his grandchildren, Shane, Allison and Michael Ricketts; and his brother Charles Pizzutelli, Jr. (Sun).
Visitation was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Copeland's Coraopolis (867 5th Ave, Coraopolis, PA 15108). A memorial service was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Finleyville Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, family suggests donations if desired to the American Cancer Society.
