He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Deck and Helen Deck (Batdorf); his son Daniel Deck; and his sisters, Rose Kreider and Helen Cascarino.
He is survived by: his wife Cecilia S. Deck (Sullivan); his children, Suzanne Burton (Bob) and David Deck (Gena); his grandchildren, Bobby Burton (Beth) and Sarah Burton (Colin); and his siblings, Rich Deck (Sue) and Cathy Rossini. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Cyril's name may be made to Our Lady of the Cross School, 1691 Grace Ave, Lebanon, PA 17046.
