She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul Blake and Sara Blake (Hilliard); her former life partner William E. Wingard; her husband Rev. George I. Evans; her son William James "Jim" Evans; her grandson Andrew "Drew" James Mark; and her sisters, Sara Bruner and Georgia Lamirande.
She is survived by : her daughter Janice Mark; her grandchildren, Janine Gosebrink, Brian Evans and Amy Mark; and her siblings, Rose Ames and Paul Blake. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorial contributions be made to Cornwall Manor Benevolent Fund, Cornwall Manor, PO Box 125, Cornwall PA 17016.
