Robert touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel and Frances; his son Timothy J. Parker; and his brother-in-law Robert Startzel. He is survived by: his spouse Fay Parker; his children, Robert Parker (Crystal), Thomas Parker, Samantha Parker and Kimberly Parker; his grandchildren, Bobby, Mason, Blaize, Alexis and Brielle; his sisters, Peggy Foley (late Jerry) and Ellen Parker-O'Donnell (John); and his sisters-in-law, Theresa DiStefano (Greg), Lori Hyjurick (George) and Karen Whittaker (Vernon). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
