He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley and Mary Hajec Sr. (Kolasa); his wife Roxann Hajec (Bradford); his daughter-in-law Debbie Hajec; and his siblings, Annette Pruger, Virginia Gretzler, Stella Stec, Blair, Frank, Walter "Ed", Jack, Joseph and Stanley Hajec.
He is survived by: his children, Charleen Hajec of Corry, PA, Dan of Corry, PA, Tim (Stephanie) of Corry, PA and Tom Hajec of Youngsville, PA; and his grandchildren, Zachary, Kayla (Brittany), Tyler (Sara), Chad, Evan, Riley and Rachael. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
