With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Clair A. Johnson of Corry, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 21, 2025 at the age of 92. Though Clair has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Johnson and Fanny Johnson (McClimans); his wife Delores Johnson; and his brother Bruce Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Sue Peters (Steven) and Doug Johnson; his close friend Helen McCray of Corry, PA; and his grandchildren, David Johnson (Janell), Michael Peters (Angie), Richard Peters and Heather Peters (Tommy). He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Pine Grove Cemetery.
