He was predeceased by : his parents, George P. Kuzma and Helen Kuzma (Savko); his wife Alberta "Bert" Kuzma; and his son Joseph Kuzma. He is survived by : his former life partner Norma J. Kuzma Cochrane; his daughters, Lori Kuzma and Lisa Cox (Ryan Albers); his stepdaughter Staci Gilbert; his grandchildren, Kierri Cox, Dana Roberts, Katlin (Cox) and Halle Albers; and his pet Dusty.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 203 W. Washington St., Corry, PA 16407.
