He is survived by: his mother Judith Rose (Penoyer) of Corry, PA.; his wife Annetta Szuba (Booth); his children, Josh Shirley, Chevy Sweet (Hailey), Amber Hart (Steven), Ashley Szuba (Neal) and Emily Szuba; his sisters, Joanne Vega (Ruben), Alicia Rollinger (Tim) and Heather; his stepsister Peggy Allin; his grandchildren, Jacob, Charley, Colton, Alex, Brooklynn, Landon, Elijah and Neal Jr.; and his stepgrandchildren, Steven Hart III, Quincey, Wyatt and Sawyer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
