She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice Porter and Pearl Porter (Webster); her husband Clifford Lawson; her sister Lois Erickson; and her brothers-in-law, Gilbert Erickson, John Nelson and Norman Teed.
She is survived by: her children, Esther Thompson (Charles), Sonja Lawson, Victoria Smith and Thomas Lawson (Loretta); and her sisters, Margaret Ann "Peggy" Nelson and Virginia Teed. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church (201 E South St, Corry, PA 16407). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
