He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Austin and Ruby Austin (Confer); his former wife Elsie Austin (Jackson); his brothers, Robert, Wayne and Lloyd Austin; and his sister-in-law Marie Austin.
He is survived by: his wife Ellen Austin (Edwards); his daughters, Lou Anne Austin of Corry, PA, Jana Parthemer (Richard) of McClure, PA, Lesa Johnson (Jason) of Corry, PA and Jacki Crosby (Michael) of Jamestown, NY; his stepdaughter Tracie Braswell (Ben) of Corry, PA; his sisters-in-law, Phyllis Austin, Jane Austin and Beverly Austin; and his brother Daniel Austin of Shinglehouse, PA.. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Corry Missionary Alliance Church.
