He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Moyer and Mildred Moyer (Swift); his wife Shirely; his daughter Leigh Ann VanCise; his grandson Steven VanCise; and his brother James Moyer.
He is survived by: his son Jay Moyer (Judy) of Corry; his son-in-law Jim VanCise of Corry; and his grandchildren, Chris VanCise and Ryan Moyer.
