He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Stultz and Opal Stultz (Miller); and his grandmother Anna Miller. He is survived by: his siblings, Carol Mulvin (Bob), Marilyn Adams (Bob) and David Stultz (Karen); and his siblings' children, Robert J. Mulvin (Sue), Michael Adams and Jennifer Wedzik (David).
