We announce the death of Richard T. Proper of Corry, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 11, 2026, at the age of 85. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford L. Proper and Edith Proper (Bromley); his son Richard Proper, Jr.; his siblings, Leona McIntyre, Roberta Proper, Lawrence Proper, Harold Proper, Clarence Proper, Clifford Proper, Jr., Gerald Proper and Gene Proper; and his son-in-law Bob Hill.

He is survived by: his girlfriend Cindi Haaf; and his children, Ruth Hill of Corry, Robert Proper (Emily) of Alaska, Jeffery Proper of Corry and David Proper (Michelle) of Corry. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
