She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilson Speicher and Thelma Speicher (Sterner); her husband Frederick Palmer; her sons, Jeff Kiener and David Palmer; and her siblings, Roseanne Speicher and Richard Speicher.
She is survived by: her children, John Kiener (Anita) of Warren, PA, Richard Palmer (Angie) of Mechanicsburg, PA and Cheryl Garrison of Dayton, NV. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
