He is survived by: his significant other Loretta Hall (Shumsky); his children, Terri Walters of Corry, Pennsylvania, Ashley Baxter (Dan) of Corry, Pennsylvania, Michael Hall (Bea) of Virginia and William "Billy" Hall (Devan) of Corry, Pennsylvania; and his siblings, Dolly Comstock of New York and Roy Hall (Cindy) of Florida. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
