He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elaine C. Simpson (Panciera) and Walter E. "Bud" Simpson; his wife Julie M. Simpson (Cochran); his children, Faith O'Brien (Ryan) of Corsica, Amy Hull (Ian) of Fredericksburg, VA and Joe Simpson (Jessica) of Beaver, PA; his grandchildren, Emery, Delaney, Sadie Simpson, Sawyer and Wyatt Hull; his great grandchildren, Josh Romo and Erika Romo; his great-nephews, Gabriel Romo, Marko and Mateo Rogers; his siblings, Walter "Wally" Simpson (Karen) of Corsica, Tim Simpson (Janice) of Brookville, Kimble Simpson (Jill Blevins) of Kittanning, Rodney Simpson of Corsica and Debb Crosmun (Dave) of Verona; his in-laws, Richard and Blanche Cochran; and his siblings-in-law, Marcie Lyle (Bob) and Scott Cochran (Lori Wollaston). He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made, in memory of Tom, to the Corsica Global Methodist Church or the Corsica Volunteer Fire Company.
