He is survived by: his children, John Clay, II (Kelly) of Coudersport, Benjamin Clay (Sherrell) of Coudersport, Nicolas Clay (Erin Kulp) of Halifax and Michele Clay (Mike Grant) of Steelton; and his siblings, Galen Clay (Beth) of Texas and Geraldine Hicksenheiser (Larry) of Annville. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.
