She is survived by: her children, Wayne Andrew Ford (Dawn), Michael Leslie Ford (Melissa) and Renee M. Bixler (Brad); her grandchildren, Mackenzie Johnson (Corey), Lauren Ford, Jason Ford and Ethan Ford; her great grandchild Tate Johnson; and her siblings, Susan Wells (Sam, Sr.) and Larry Harvey. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
