She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bower and Evelyn Bower (Sherman); her husband Norman M. Hilfiger; her siblings, John Bower, Dale Bower, William Bower, David Bower, Jean Ogden (Richard) and Linda Roupp; her son-in-law Harvey Rumsey; her brothers-in-law, Gary Belz and Ronald Giles; and her daughter-in-law Lisa Hilfiger.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Hilfiger (June) of Elmira, NY, Donald Hilfiger of Elmira, NY and Wanda Rumsey of Covington, PA; her grandchildren, Kevin Rumsey, Janice Rumsey Proctor (Brandon) and Jeremy Hilfiger (Rebekah); her siblings, Richard Bower (Ethel), Robert Bower (Marilyn) of Covington, PA, Jeanette Belz of Tioga and Marcille Giles of Tioga, PA; and her siblings-in-law, Kathy Bower, Brenda Bower and John Roupp. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
