He is survived by: his mother Gayle Chase (Rumsey); his siblings, Tim Chase (Krista) of Covington, PA, Clinton Chase (Carole) of Mansfield, PA and Jacqueline Williams (Greg Stant) of Tioga, PA; and his pet Nemo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
