He was predeceased by: his parents, Sanford "Pete" Cleveland and Doris Brockway Cleveland. He is survived by: his brother Wilbert "Pete" Cleveland; and his nephew David Cleveland (Kim). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and church family members and friends.
His contributions to and membership in local organizations have included Grange, County Historical Society, Covington Community Center, Mansfield Food Pantry, Shriners.
