He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Hayes II and Catherine Bondi Hayes; and his brother Robert Hayes. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne M. Garofola Hayes; his daughters, Stephanie Mortimer (Brandon) and Kristin McCunn (Scott); his granddaughters, Caydence, Alivia Mortimer, Alexandra and Gabriella McCunn; his sister Nancy Taylor (Benjamin); and his pet Sage. He is also survived by several in-laws, nieces and nephews.
