She is survived by: her sons, Rick Heinzman (Nancy) and Jim S. Smith (Shelley); her grandchildren, Tyler Heinzman (Melinda), Erica Szczepkowski (Billy), Paige Smith, Hunter Smith, TJ Heinzman (Amanda) and Troy Heinzman (Lydia); and her great grandchildren, Braydon, Dylan, Nolan, Jordy, Tatum, Grayson and Colton.
