She was predeceased by: her daughter Ruth Ann Holzapfel; her parents, Wilbert "Will" Maurer and Marie Maurer (Dugan); and her granddaughter Sarah. She is survived by: her husband William A. "Bill" Holzapfel, Sr.; her children, Cheryl Weaver (late John), Dianne Killmeyer (Ray) and William II Holzapfel (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Raymond, Gary, Amanda, William III, Julia, Tabitha, Harlen, Danielle, Cherilyn, Marissa, Juan, Luisa, Derek and Garrett; her sister Louise Gargis (Kevin); and her foster children, Walter Gardner, Herbie Schmidt and Melissa Plunko.
