He was predeceased by: his parents, Edison Rice and Pearl Rice; his daughter Ellen Rice Carfano (Kevin); and the mother of his children Margaret Black. He is survived by: his wife Ann Liedel-Rice; his daughters, Amy Miller (Scott) and Beth Clegg (Bill); and his granddaughter Sophia. He is also survived by nephew and numerous nieces and countless friends.
