He was predeceased by: his father Clarence A. Brichacek; and his brother Gary. He is survived by: his mother Phyllis J. Brichacek (Palsa); his wife Diane Hammel; his children, Allison, Hannah, Sabrina (Lawrence Gust) and Philip; and his siblings, Glenn, Ken and Jodie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
