He is survived by: his wife Carole F. Rotuna Ondrusek Smith; his children, Tina M. Ondrusek Gerencser of Clearwater, FL, Deborah A. Ondrusek (Joseph Pfaff), Anthony G. Ondrusek of Baltimore, MD and James R. (Nan Smith); his grandchildren, Samantha, Margaret (Osvaldo), Cate, Adaline, Aaron, Karsten (Angela) and Connor; his great grandchildren, Kurtus and Rio; his brother Ray; his sister-in-law Patty Liggett of New Brighton; and his sibling's children, Jennifer Laracuente, Chuck Betters and Ray Liggett. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
