He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold J. Parshall and Florence Lutz Jones; his son James Parshall; and his sister Joyce Frielinghaus. He is survived by: his wife Gayle Wilkinson Parshall; and his children, Cynthia Lynn White, Mark Parshall (Kris), William Parshall, Christopher Parshall (Debbie) and Kimberly Ripley. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his memory to Hope Lutheran Church.
