He is survived by: his children, Nikki Lynn Hagen (Kevin) and Timothy Protos (Amy); his grandchildren, Sara Nicole, Samuel, Mackenzie, Abby, Nick Emanuel and Mark; his siblings, John Protos (Betty) and Carol Gill; his mother-in-law Rose Wellendorf; and his siblings-in-law, Janet Searle, Ken and Bonnie Wellendorf. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
