He is survived by: his wife Paula Bickel; his siblings, Doug Bickel (Tammy) of South Carolina and Susan Keener of Youngstown, Ohio; his nieces, Tara Swab (Dan) of Sugarcreek, Sheena Love (Justin) of Nichols and Furnesta Keener of Youngstown, Ohio; his great-nephew Daniel Swab (Lucia) of Seneca; his mother-in-law Diana Holtzman of Ohio; his siblings-in-law, Scott Holtzman (Robyn) of Cochranton and Melissa Boreman (Terry) of South Carolina; his nieces and nephews, Derek Boreman (Melissa) of Pittsburgh, Jamey Boreman (Kara) of Ohio, Tara Miller (Naughter) of South Carolina and Chelsea Westbrook (Jared) of North Carolina; his great-nephews, AJ Miller (Jamie) of South Carolina and Cole Boreman of Ohio; and his great-niece Addison Boreman of Pittsburgh.
