She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Lincoln and Lenore Mullen (Davis); and her brothers, Daryl, Donald and Brent Mullen.
She is survived by: her husband Lloyd; her sons, Randy Stephens (Susan) of Oil City and Tim Stephens of Cranberry; her grandchildren, David Stephens (Geraldine), Bethany Warner (Justin) and Matthew Stephens; her great grandchild Samuel Stephens; and her brothers, Ken Mullen and Gary Mullen (Charlene). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
