She is survived by: her husband Francis "Mike" Freeman; her children, Donald R. Slater (Cori Miller), Charlene Jones (Aaron) of Virginia and Wesley Slater; her stepson Francis M. "Mickey" Freeman III (Candice Hall) of Chicago; her grandchildren, Darerick, Tyler, Christian, Easton Slater, Aubrianna and Jaxson Slater; and her stepgrandsons, Ben and Jack Jones.
