She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Perry and Kathleen Bleil Perry. She is survived by: her sons, Jason Munch and Ryan Munch (Kristen); her grandchildren, Tyler, Brooke, Owen, Madison, Henry and Harper; her siblings, Becky Shick and Don Perry; her former husband William "Billy" Munch; her nephews, Donnie and Eddie; and her niece Cassie. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
