He was predeceased by: his parents, George Carr and Freida Carr (Roberts); his parents-in-law, Howard "Bud" and Joan Johnson; his sisters, Marlene Lesnoff and Carol Lee Carr; and his siblings-in-law, Charles "Chuck" Ramsey, Carol Ann Carr and Cynthia Garnic.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Carr (Johnson); his children, Jered Carr (Stacy) and Jennifer Foreman (Brian); his grandchildren, Deserae Carr, Rylie Carr, Nolan Carr and Joseph Foreman; and his siblings, Alan Carr (Lois), Daniel Carr, Linda Ramsey and Mary Ellen Hulley (Garold). He is also survived by many brothers- and sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
