He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Soltis and Anna Rizner Soltis of Cranesville, PA.; his aunt Mary Rizner Fink; and his siblings, Judith A. Soltis and Daniel A. Soltis.
He is survived by: his nephew Troy Soltis (Tammy); his niece Tracy Soltis-Richards (Jeff); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jessica Cummings (Mike), Andrew Soltis (Molly), Ryan Richards and Lauren Rogers (Kenny); his aunt Betty Soltis; his sister-in-law Thelmarie Dauson-Winkelbauer; his close friend Andrea Smelko; and also, Bradley, Ella, Leanna, Jackson, Olivia and Dean.
