She was predeceased by: her father Dana H. Adams. She is survived by: her mother Audrey Adams (Lewis); her husband Stephen Mader; her sons, Scott Mader (Kim) and Adam Mader (Arielle); her grandchildren, Bryce, Madelynn, Mckenna, Henry and Levi; her siblings, Donna Lee Crawford (Johnny), Dawn Shelko (Scott), Stefanie Driscoll (David), Susan Casazza (Christopher) and Dana Adams (Selina); and her siblings-in-law, Mimi DeHaven (Randy), Brian Mader (Linda), Michael Mader and Billy Mader (Christine). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Bolock Funeral Home & Crematory (6148 Paradise Valley Rd, Cresco, PA 18326). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Bolock Funeral Home (6148 Paradise Valley Rd, Cresco, PA 18326).
