It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklyn Yearwood of Cresco, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 23, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Franklyn departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Franklyn may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Franklyn leaves behind.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Lee V. (Berry); and his parents, Ivan Daniel and Camilla Yearwood (Thompson). He was also cherished by his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, siblings, family and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home Inc. (23 N 9th St, Stroudsburg, PA 18360). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
