She was predeceased by: her parents, George Moore and Florence Moore (Jeffrey); her former husband Sherman Bachert; and her sister Lori Colella. She is survived by: her husband Charles Lewis; her children, Thomas Smith of Texas, Christine Smith of Sussex, NJ and Sharon Davies of Georgia; and her siblings, George Moore of Cresco and Karen Malkovewitz.
