She was predeceased by: her mother Rosemary "Midge" Wyland (Koegler). She is survived by: her father Paul Wyland; her children, Paul Donoughe, Jr., Melissa Donoughe and Brian Donoughe; and her sisters, Cynthia Hanlon (Michael), Pamela Deller and Paula Robinson. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations in Debra's memory may be made to the St Vincent DePaul Society or to the Dorothy Day Center.
