He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl McCoy and Louise McCoy (Brown); and his brother Harold. He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise McCoy (McMath); his children, Kimberly Billingham (Rob) and Wesley McCoy (Lisa); and his siblings, Robert (Donna) and Audrey Varner (Boyd). He is also survived by four grandchildren and blessed with four great-grandchildren.
