He was predeceased by: his parents, John Urban and Grace Urban (Jacoby). He is survived by: his wife Nadine Urban (Koons); his children, Dena St. Clair (Jeff), John Urban (Melissa) and Mark Urban (Denell); and his siblings, Pat Fusco, Redgie Little (Alex) and Tony Urban (Linda). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
